Vaiie are registered with the Jersey Office of the Information Commissioner (JOIC), the relevant data protection authority for Jersey, with registration number 102050. # Information we collect | **Category** | **Details** | | --- | --- | | Information you provide to us when opting-in to the Test Dataset | - Name, Gender, Date of Birth - Email address, mobile phone number - Passport, driving license and national ID numbers | | Technical information | Your IP address will be made available to our servers: - When you submit your information to the test dataset - If you interact directly with our platforms as part of any testing | | Other information you provide for specific purposes | Other information you submit to us with on a case-by-case basis.   This may include collecting images and videos of you from which we will process your biometric data to test our identity verification purposes. |   ## Special categories of personal information The information we generally collect for the Test Dataset does not include any special category (or “sensitive”) personal data. Some of our platform features do process special category data; - **Biometric data**: used to match your identity to your identity document when using testing digital ID features; biometric data is temporary and only stored as image/video data ## Children’s personal data Personal data belonging to children is not permitted on the Test Dataset. If we discover any data belonging to children has been submitted to us in error, we will delete it. # How we use the information We use the information you provide to us for the purposes set out below. We may transfer your information to third party service providers where necessary for the purposes set out above (such as our IT service providers and when testing integration of our platforms and third party services). We ensure that contracts are in place with those providers that govern how they may use your data. # Where your information is processed Vaiie is based in Jersey and our platforms are hosted within the European Economic Area (EEA). Jersey has an adequacy decision under the EU GDPR and UK GDPR. Your data may be transferred outside of Jersey or the EEA where necessary. We ensure these transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards to protect your rights and freedoms. # How long we keep your information We have a continuous requirement to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our platforms. The information you provide when opting into the Test Dataset will be retained until you withdraw your consent. Additional data submitted by you as part of specific testing will be retained for the minimum period necessary to complete that testing and removed from systems when the testing is complete. # Your rights You have the following rights under the relevant data protection laws: | **Your right** | **Applicability** | | --- | --- | | Access to your data | You can request a copy of the data we hold about you. | | Rectification | If you believe any of the information we hold is inaccurate, you may request that we rectify it. | | Erasure | You may withdraw your consent and ask us to erase your data from the Test Dataset at any time. | | Restriction of processing | You may ask us to stop using your data for testing in writing. | | Data portability | You may ask us for your data in a common machine readable format. | | Automated decision making | There is no automated decision making that affects you under this processing. | | Withdrawing consent | You may withdraw your consent at any time. Unless you instruct us otherwise, we will also treat this as a request to erase all personal data from the Test Dataset. | | Make a complaint | You have the right to lodge a complaint about the processing of your personal data either with us, with the JOIC or the relevant data protection supervisory authority either in the country/territory in which you are located.
